Gittleman Construction & Maintenance Corporation, provides homeowners expert maintenance and repairs. This position will provide competitive pay, PTO, gas card, vehicle, health insurance, and profit sharing among other benefits. PLT license is a requirement of this role. Qualified candidates who are offered the role must obtain the PTL license prior to their hire date. Upon obtaining the PTL license and upon hire, you will be paid a $1,000 sign on bonus upon hire and an additional $1,500 after 6 months of employment.
Successful candidates will have:
- 3+ years experience with security integrations or a related field
- PLT License or ability to obtain
- Locksmith experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Clean background and DMV record
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- rotating on-call
The Security Integrations Tech will be responsible for configuring, installing, and servicing integrations solutions including cameras, electronic locks, access controls, and entry systems.
Essential Responsibilities:
The job duties listed are typical examples of the work performed in this position.
- Installation, programming and service of IP security camera systems and video management software.
- Installation, programming and service of audio and video door entry systems.
- Installation, programming and service of access control systems.
- Installation and service of electronic locks
- Operation of cable testing and diagnostics equipment to ensure proper system performance.
- Install, test certify and troubleshoot Local Area Network (LAN) Cabling Systems.
- Provide Testing, Analysis and Repair of Video, Voice and Data Systems (i.e., Electronic Devices such as Gateways, Routers, Hubs, NIC Cards, Telephone Switches, etc.).
- Meet all installation and service deadlines.
- Responsible for accurate tracking on time sheets, service/installation tickets and inventory items.
- Full compliance with company's and customer's safety program.
- Must maintain regular and punctual attendance to required shifts, meetings, trainings and related employment engagements to support position responsibilities and duties. Any alterations to required schedule must be reviewed and approved, in advance by your supervisor
- Other duties as required or assigned.

Compensation: $30-40 an hour
